Absolutely the best service ever. Everybody is professional at this store. My car needed an urgent attention within a limited time, and the the service was provided immediately. I have been a customer for several years, and every time the personnel does their best to help. Larissa Chuprina

Best service in Kirkland! New gas pumps, free air, carcass with 8+gallon fill. 4 bay shop with incredible Master mechanics service! I had work done recently, the price was better than any other, service was top notch! The mechanic who helped me thorougy explained the work, stayed in touch through the process and they did a full flush on a few systems, getting my Kia back to its best!! I highly recommend! Oh. Did I say fast appointments? Yeah!

This station reminds me of the good ole days when gas stations were "service stations." I drove in for a quick car wash, while in line I noticed a young Hispanic male employee taking the time to personally water the foliage. He did not miss even one plant, Bush, shrub or tree. And they all are thriving. Beautiful landscape for a gas station. As a nature lover, that really warmed my heart. There is too much hate in this world. This young man reminded me to stop, look around, and appreciate the beauty. Also, I got an Awesome car wash for under 20 bucks!

Just had my first service done with Juanita Firs 76 and it was superb. Oil change, tire rotation, and a print out of upcoming services and any concerns with price estimates included. Easy to schedule, prompt to respond to emails, and everyone was professional. Will be taking my Mini Cooper back to them for future services.
