Discount Tire

I noticed all of my tires had low pressure the other day. I tried using my emergency compressor but it took 20 minutes to fill one tire. So I traveled to a local gas station but their compressor hose had no gauge. Exasperated, I was about to give up and go home to spend another 60 minutes on the other 3. Then I thought about Discount Tires where I had purchased the tires from. I pulled into the driveway and was impressed to see that they have signs leading to tire fill up. Within minutes a polite young man came out and filled all tires to correct pressure in less than 15 minutes. Wow! Very friendly service, great products at a discount price. They just made me a lifetime customer!

Becareful when getting a flat repaired at this location. These guys are funny, I had a nail on my front tire. Took time off from work to get this fixed. They said it was fixed. 2 days later, I had a flat on my left rear tire….I thought that was weird. Guess what? They just did a lousy repair and moved the tire the rear to make it seem like it’s a different flat tire 🤣 I took it to a different location to get the rear tire repaired and they told me it had already been patched which is impossible because these tires are brand new. The flat left rear tire is the same flat tire that was in the front, they just swapped the tire and never actually fixed properly. Next time just do it right goofy! …

We have been going here for years. Got a flat yesterday and had to go to a competitor due to where I was. They indicated the tire was not repairable and offered to sell me a new tire for almost double the cost at my Discount Tire Store ......... I declined. Took the vehicle to Discount Tire this morning, worked with Hunter. They fixed the flat, rebalanced and rotated the tires for me as well. Service was fast and friendly. This was all covered under the Discount Tire warranty.

I've been a long-time customer of Discount Tire and so I decided to take a chance on them to mount new tires on a fairly expensive set of wheels (Volk TE37XTR) for my truck. I was pretty anxious because they're a "big box" chain, but the guys there truly took their time and care with the installation. I want to give special thanks to Chris who did the initial mount and balance. I had to visit a second time to re-attach my TPMS sensors due to a unique issue of getting factory Toyota sensors to work with aftermarket valve stems, and Chris did an excellent job identifying the issue and coming up with a solution to prevent detachment in the future. I had a rear right flat and first I went to Les Schwab, they told me I have to change all four tires under company policy. I then went to Costco Redmond, their inventory had so little tires available. I had to order online and wait 2 weeks to get to schedule an appointment. Needless to say, these 2 companies are not customer oriented. Discount Tire on the other side, they have a very straight forward purchasing and appointment scheduling system. I originally scheduled 3 days out but on the second day after purchasing, I was notified that the tire is ready at the shop. Although they are busy on Saturdays, they accept walk-ins.
