Had a roofing nail in a rear tire, so called and was told they could repair in an hour or so. Ryan, who was friendly and professional, looked me up in their system, and since it had been a while since the tires had been rotated, I asked about the cost to do that also. He said, “No charge,” which surprised me. A bigger surprise happened when I picked the car up, as the tire repair AND rotation was $0. I asked the friendly woman that checked me out if I could leave a $10 tip for the person that did the work and she nicely obliged me. Outstanding and unexpected service like this starts at the top and I have to believe that Les set the standard over 70 years ago!

We’ve been coming to this Les Schwab in Kirkland, WA for over 15 years. The team at the front desk and in the shop are friendly and knowledgeable. The always fit us in, even without an appointment. I trust then that they have our best interest in mind. I highly recommend!

I came to fix a flat tire. The store staff were helpful and patient. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes and let me go. Not only they didn’t try to upsell me anything they also didn’t charge me anything for the work and recommended to replace tires in few months. Great service, I will comeback when I will need to replace tires

Stellar customer service and outstanding work. I went to Les Schwab of Totem Lake (Kirkland) many years ago, and they have taken care of my alignment, brake, and tire needs for my prior car (Ford Escort)and my current, Honda Civic. I appreciate ALL levels of workers there—their hard work, honesty, and reliable services. I’m glad I own a car that will last me a long time, because I am entrusting them with my future “A-B-T” needs.

great customer service and awesome prices but serious issues with cleanliness, been to this location twice and both times i’ve left with my car dirtier than i arrived. please train your workers to clean up after their jobs because it’s NOT okay to leave black scuff, oil, and tar marks on customers seats and floor. called to ask how to remove marks and was told “i’m not a detailer try some carpet stain remover from orileys” might’ve been my bad to think they would’ve offered to fix it
