Amazing service! I went to look at a car in the area a few weeks ago and they were able to accommodate a somewhat last minute pre purchase inspection. I came in to get my brakes replaced and my tires inspected. Don't get me wrong—everyone here was friendly and professional, and I appreciated being given a special tag as a first-time customer. I understood going in that the repairs might require a lot of work. However, when I received the quote, it was over $4,500. That wouldn't have been an issue if that’s truly what the parts and labor cost. But after I politely declined, the quote suddenly dropped by $2,000, bringing it down to $2,500. That felt a bit odd. I recently brought in my car both regular and optional maintenance. The Oil, Lube, and Filter was competitively priced for the area. The optional fixes I needed required some diagnostics to confirm the issue. Marcus and the AWD team was keeping me informed and were transparent about what needed to be done both for the diagnostic and the fix. The price was competitive when compared against other shops so I decided to go with them for the fix. I'm happy with my decision as their work and honesty was appreciated.
